❗️WE ARE STILL NEEDING VOLUNTEERS FOR OKTOBERFEST THIS SATURDAY ⬇️

🍻Volunteer for Grain Theory’s Oktoberfest happening Saturday October 12th!

✨ Special Announcement! ✨
This is a very special year because, for the first time ever, we’re adding an official VIP-only area on our second-floor balcony patio, providing VIP viewing access to the band and street party below. VIP access includes the exclusive use of the best Selfie Trailer in town from DoItYourSelfie! You must have a VIP wristband to enter this area.

Need an official volunteer hours documentation form? We can provide you with that as well!

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our team and assist with various event roles, including:

🔸 Checking IDs
🔸 Pouring beers (must have TABC certification)
🔸 Selling beer tickets
🔸 Keeping the event space clean and trash-free
🔸 Working other event stations

Volunteer Details:
📅 Shifts Available:
• 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
• 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM

📋 Important Info:
1️⃣ Shifts are in 2-hour increments.
2️⃣ Once you submit a volunteer form, we will contact you via email.
3️⃣ You can volunteer for more than one shift.
4️⃣ Volunteer perks include a FREE T-shirt, 2 FREE beers, and a VIP wristband for VIP perks.
5️⃣ Volunteers for the 9:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift get an extra beer, an Instagram group pic shoutout, and pizza! 🍕
6️⃣ Please arrive 20 minutes before your shift for instructions.
7️⃣ Be aware that you might not be selected for your preferred volunteer area.
