Two Many Tamales

Two women from two generations and their take on the traditional homemade tamale. Of course, tamales around the holiday season were a part of that experience.

At the age of 10 years, Becky started learning all the traditional Mexican food dishes from her mama. Becky has 30+ years of catering experience and in the past five years, her daughter, Rachel has joined her in continuing the tamale tradition.

Two Many Tamales offers Tito’s Delight, which is our take of the traditional Mexican Buñuelos. It’s a melt-in-your-mouth crispy delight sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack served with hot chocolate or coffee. It is also best served with vanilla ice cream, topped with a chocolate and caramel topping. Many of you eat black-eyed peas on New Year’s Day to guarantee good luck in the coming year; similarly, many people of Hispanic heritage believe buñuelos bring good luck when eaten on New Year’s Eve.

Tito’s Delight is our take of the traditional Mexican Buñuelo. It’s a melt-in-your-mouth crispy delight covered in cinnamon sugar. Perfect for breakfast or as a snack served with hot chocolate or coffee. Message me or email [email protected] as I will be making them fresh on Friday and I can add your order to my current orders. Pickup is on Friday (12/22) evening or Saturday morning.
