Scary. We went to a gas station and sat inside with the cashier and our dogs until it was safe to leave. When the siren went off on my phone we ran to the nearest place to get away from the mobile home. I really have panic attacks and this one was no exception. Ugh. Praise God though we are safe. Pray for those that were in the path of it and that they are safe.

Well, going to cost too much to fix. I can't raise that kind of money. Needing to sell so I can use the money to get into another car. 2019 with 62K miles. Anyone know someone that fixes up cars to resell send them my way. I need to sell to get enough down to buy another car. Phew. Thanks.

Got a steroid shot, antibiotics and some other pills. I think it will help. Left the expensive ones at the pharmacy though. I think I will be okay without them. Didn't feel like I needed the inhaler or the super strong cough syrup. When did cough syrup go up to that much? Lol. Got some cough pills though instead and some mucus stuff. I think the steroid shot is kicking in as I feel better already from that and one antibiotic and one mucus pill. Hoping tomorrow feeling much better. :) Got some jello cups to eat on too and some applesauce but the applesauce tops had something wet on them. Hoping nothing serious as I can't take them back to get more.

What is this sinus and coughing crud going around Abilene? I've been thinking it was a cold but going on 2nd week of this and still not letting up too much. I wake up coughing and now tonight am coughing again and it's productive but driving me nuts with the runny nose and drainage. I feel fine though other than constant drainage and coughing.

My birthday is May 5th. If anyone interested I don't need anything except food, toilet paper, and things like that. Maybe a pineapple upside down cake from Market Street would be nice. As you know I have no running car yet, no job yet. still looking and yeah, it's getting that tight. I would take anything I can do. Not picky, not picky at all. Anything Lord. I would go to a food pantry but none are within walking distance to me and I would have no way to carry the food. UGH. Not used to being this scared for my grandson and I. Please God give me a job asap! Thank you lord.

Who's hiring either remote or in Abilene. Can't stand up all shift but I can stand part time and also can do computer work well. Good skills, ex airline industry and analyst, ex business owner, Implementation specialist, technical solving abilities, data entry. Anyone know of anything I need something yesterday. I closed my business and wrecked my car. Am out of funds and need a job desperately. Go Fund me raised $20 total and that went to food. No way to go to food pantries even. Any leads and prayers appreciated. Please Lord!

Guys, I know everyone is going through stuff. If you can throw up a prayer for us though please pray I get the job and my car gets fixed. It is really hard sitting here running out of funds with no job and no car. I know God knows what I need but I am not patient and I do worry still. Prayers appreciated.

For all those who have no clue why we celebrate Easter the way we do or are mocking our traditions on Easter Sunday I just want to share a little bit with you to help you understand and know that Jesus loves you and died for you. We believe the "dead guy" is the son of God and died for our sins and rose from the grave again. Not all Christians are Catholics and drinking wine and bread as his blood and body or incanting over animal sacrifices. But we do take Jesus very seriously and wouldn't mock him or tell Catholics on how they should celebrate his gift of salvation either. Wishing you a wonderful Easter this Sunday. God bless you my friend no matter what you believe. 🙂

Came home earlier and saw this in 3 cups on the counter with CBD dog biscuits sitting next to one cup. WHAT IN TARNATION DOES MY DAUGHTER THINK SHE'S BREWING? Found tea bags emptied out, flour, spices and sesame oil on the counter and smelled like something you'd marinate chicken in. LOLOL. WHAT IS IT???? and the CBD DOG BISCUITS? HARD PASS FOR ME>

Proud of my grandson. I saw a homeless man with his dog earlier and was worried about him. I gave him a little money. I then told my grandson and later he told me he also saw a homeless person at his gaming night at the library and took his own money and bought him a pizza across the parking lot. GOOD JOB!
