When I was very young, I sat in front of the tv and watched a new tv show called "Apples Way". It was a story about a family who lived in a grist mill. This show and the story has always lived with me, inside me, and led me to find my own grist mill, which is how and why I chose Cascades at Parks Mill as my place in Abingdon. I lived my dream. I was influenced by the history, the antiquity, the location of the mill at the creek, the romantic fantasy that someday this old mill would be restored and enjoyed by so many. Thank you for the last 3 years. Im happy to share this dreamy place with you.

Captured! Another gorgeous ceremony captured at Cascades at Parks Mill where our couple chose our waterfall patio for their ceremony site, one of three waterfront sites from which to choose. All weddings at Cascades include 2 days, choice of arbors, waterfront ceremony sites, lodge for dining for up to 150 guests under cover or up to 250 outside, live fire pit lounges, dancing at our historic 1780’s mill, 2 changing rooms, and more!
