This is a sad day for the balloon and event industry! We go to party city for last minute balloons, decor, etc all the time. Obviously we have our own stock of products, but party city always helped in a pinch!

We were literally there this morning! If anyone knows someone who works at Party City and needs employment, please send them our way and we can help.

Party City is closing down all of its stores, ending nearly 40 years in business, CNN has learned.

Custom sculptures are our thing! We make sure all of our sculptures are handcrafted to your needs. All of our sculptures can be made from a variety of materials, including latex, foil or plastic balloons and can be filled with air, helium or a mixture of both.

This custom dreidel for is completely made out of foil balloons (great for latex allergies), and is filled with a mixture of air and helium balloons. Using both air and helium balloons saves on the cost of helium, since this is a massive display. Enough helium is used so that the dreidel floats upright, and is able to spin 365 degrees around.

I promised myself I wouldn’t share this until after the New Year, but I just couldn’t wait any longer! Here’s a sneak peek of what’s to come in the next few weeks.

This project has been one of our biggest to date, and I’m genuinely blown away by the outcome. This “dream” display is a testament to how small dreams can blossom into something extraordinary when you believe in them—whether it’s a skincare brand like Circadia or a fantastic balloon and event decoration company like Moments By Max. 😂

I’ve always aspired to take on a job of this scale, and I’m over the moon that I did. It was an incredible journey—from meeting the client and meticulously planning every detail to managing a talented team of over 15 and successfully bringing our vision to life.

A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing vendors, venues, and staff who helped create this unforgettable event. And a HUGE shoutout to my incredible team! I couldn’t have done this without each and every one of you. Through those long days, early mornings, and late nights, we made it happen!

First and foremost, THANK YOU to everyone who was involved in helping create our spectacular wedding, and to our amazing vendors! We’re blessed beyond words on how great everything turned out!

I want to give a special shoutout to my CREW; Blanca, Christine, Maria and Brian! These guys were the backbone of our amazing decor. You all have been my rock through out the past couple years, and I honestly couldn’t thank you enough for everything done, did, continue to do. ❤️

Side note…. YES - I blew up some balloons for my own wedding. I did the night before to help with the anxiety of it all, lol. Surprisingly blowing balloons calms my nerves. 😂

Here we took our classic helium arch and added some new features!

This year, Moments by Max has experienced remarkable growth, surpassing anything I could have imagined. As my business expanded, I also evolved, gaining a clearer understanding of both my company’s identity and its future direction.

At Moments by Max, our mission is simple: we aim to create unforgettable moments for your events—moments to cherish, celebrate, and enjoy! 🎈

As we close out 2024 and welcome 2025, we have an exciting array of new projects, ideas, products, rentals, and much more on the horizon. While I can’t reveal everything just yet, I assure you that we are poised to make significant changes and can’t wait to share them with you all.

One of the first initiatives I’m excited to announce is the rebranding of our logo, accompanied by new brand colors. When we launched our current logo at the beginning of 2024, we chose black and gold as our colors. However, I realized that gold wasn’t my favorite color, and it didn’t resonate with the vibrant essence of balloons and our brand.

After some reflection and discussions with my website designer, I discovered that the right colors had been in front of me all along: teal and coral, my two favorite colors. Both are lively, inviting, and perfectly align with the atmosphere we want to create. Black will remain in our palette to maintain that touch of luxury.

I’m eager to begin integrating this fresh, colorful aesthetic into our social media, email marketing, print materials, and more. Stay tuned for more exciting updates as the new year approaches. 😀
