Just wanted to give everyone a little tip about our last reel and clear up some questions we were getting! So happy everyone loved our tip. 😀
I’m constantly thinking of ways to improve my business or the methods I use to create things. When using beach balls in decor, the main issue was an attachment point! Yes, you can use tape, glue or even 260s - but that never held up for beach balls. They are heavier than balloons, and need more support; especially in hotter weather.
Here came the solution! Putting a latex balloon INSIDE the beach ball and blowing up the balloon. Similar to double stuffing. You can use this method to even alter or change the color of the beach ball. For example if it’s white, you can add a red latex inside to create a pinkish tint. Or if the ball has clear on it, you can change the color with the latex.
Unfortunately, this method does not work if your customer is allergic to latex because they’re still technically latex in the display. But there are a couple other methods of doing this technique they don’t include latex balloons.
