The last 30 years has been a blessing to be able to create birthday cakes for so many wonderful people. With the change in everything we have known the last 3 years, I have tried to keep my business a constant reliable place to order a Fresh, Delicious Cake for your celebrations, but I am old... and staying up all night now to create cakes that turn no profit is just no longer an option. With the addition of the 4559Lemon retail space, we can now offer smaller cakes ready for walk in pick up on Friday evenings and Saturday Mornings. On top of the already 50+ different items we showcase each weekend, we will have a staple menu of 6", 7", 8" cakes available for walk in purchase. I have loved the opportunity to create Birthay Memories with you all for the last 30 years, but it is just not right to charge for a Birthday Cake, what this economy is forcing us to charge.

Effective May 7,2023 I will be seriously limiting custom birthday cakes to 2 a weekend ( some weekends none at all) until we are able to find a larger kitchen. If you would like to make sure you have your party date on my calendar, then go ahead and reserve it. If you have 3 children, then I suggest reserving all 3 weekends now. Custom cakes will be $125 minimum ( thanks to the prices of absolutely everything ) this $25price will be deducted from your total. There are ONLY 100 spaces in a year!!!!

Over the last month, while planning this new venture, I’ve heard over and over the reasons why couples are choosing an intimate wedding vs the big affair. That’s odd for me, because I’ve spent 29 years making huge wedding cakes for huge weddings. So, I definitely think 4559 Lemon street ( until We figure out a name) will be a very special place for some very special couples.
