We have a passion for keeping up with food trends and offering new and innovative ideas. We are also event planning consultants should our customers need a little extra assistance planning a special occasion or corporate function. Our plan i

s to focus on parties from 10 to 200 guests to begin with. We will provide food and / or consulting for birthday parties, graduation parties, bridal and baby showers, weddings, business functions, and barbeques. We realize the importance of supporting our local community, so we plan on purchasing as much as possible from local farmers and food vendors throughout the North Country. Good morning friends and family!

Thank you to all who ordered fish dinners, appetizers and cookies last night! I missed seeing everyone in the drive-through but mom duty called!

Maiah had to take a little trip to Galisanos ER as she hasn't been feeling well for a couple weeks. We're home and hopefully with some new meds and a little rest she will be on the mend! Thank you to all for the prayers and positive vibes and the sweet messages! You guys really are the best!! ♥️🫶🏽✨

We have sold out of fish for tonight!

I had something come up with my daughter so I won't be at the shop tonight. Please be patient and kind to our family that are stepping in to help us out.

We wont be able to accommodate any more last minute changes as Matt is busy prepping and I can't guarantee I will see posts / comments / messages.

If you are parking and coming in for pick up, please be very careful, our parking lot is a skating rink. We have fish fry drive through from 4-6 so feel free to jump in the car line for pick up, and we can bring them to your car as well. Doors open at 4! If you come before, you have to come in!

Our day wouldn't be complete without wishing Denise Mclane a very happy birthday! 🎉🎈🎂

We're thankful for all she does for us! She's been with us for a very long time and our friendship started many years before that when we worked at Art's Jug together.

She brings so much to Embellished Catering. She's a workaholic so she's always dependable to be there whenever we need her.

She brings tons of fun and shenanigans to every event and she can always be counted on to go on snack runs, after work ice cream, pizza, you name it: she can talk us into anything!

It’s hard to believe it’s the last day of July! Look at this pretty table I put together a couple weeks ago for a bridal shower! I loved how it came together! When I was done, I stood back and admired my work, I was really proud of how it turned out! Have a great week friends! ♥️✨
