What started on a friend’s couch has grown into Chef Derricka Culinary Concepts, a brand rooted in love, creativity, and resilience. From night shifts to raising an autistic child, navigating loss, and battling through personal challenges—I didn’t just create a business, I built a legacy.

Today, I’m honored to serve exclusive private dining experiences, luxury catering, and so much more, all while staying true to my motto: A Modern Spin on Classic Cuisine.
