This week for first Friday we will be giving back to a local family in need! Help us support Dakota, in his recovery. He understood the importance of community together as he mowed lawned for his neighbors, let us now come together to sow into him and his family. 50% of our proceeds from first Friday sales will be donated to his family donation fund. We have over 60 events on the books this summer! And booking more everyday. My team has expanded this year! We are so excited to paint smiles , twist joy, and designs amazing decors for all of you!

With the increase in inquiries and messages and calls, we are developing a streamline systems to best service you. We may not be able to responsd to every message, or take every call. But our booking request form list everything we need to know to confirm an accurate quote for services, availability for your upcoming event. The responses for that form are reviewed by the company owner and admin team several times a day.

Let me be completely honest, as a wife and busy mom, making life fun is one of my natural job descriptions. I started out painting face to add to the festivities at my kids birthday parties. Needless to say, it was a big hit! All of my family and friends said I should really think about offering my services to others. So I took a leap of faith and business picked up sooner than I thought. I was blessed with the opportunity to expand with more entertainment, and with the support of my loving husband, we hit the ground running. Every event I've done I find myself smiling uncontrollably. Not many of us, have the pleasure of being so happy with what we do. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE WHAT I DO!!!

I founded Colorful Events in Metro Detroit in 2015. I have a passion for everything crafty. I've always said it runs in my genes because of my mother's creativity. I studied art at Eastern Michigan University, and really developed my passion and explored the possibilities as an artist. Although Colorful events is a new and ever growing company, we are founded on the principle of bringing joy to our clients, and being of service to our surrounding communities. "Everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while climbing it. " Andy Rooney Colorful Events will always have room to grow. We will continue to add new styles and designs, as well as keep up with the most current trends in family entertainment. As I look into the face of my children, I continue to be inspired.
