Tomorrow I’m making 10 quarts of Salsa Negra. (Black Salsa). Have you ever had it? It’s soooooooooooooi good! Fire roasted tomatoes, peppers, onions and much more. The fire roasting gives it such an amazingly distinct flavor. You’ll be begging me to make it again.
$20 per quart. Sorry, no pints this time.
Can be picked up tomorrow afternoon (it’ll still be warm, however). Will need to be refrigerated, as I dont use any preservative’s.

**Wednesday. 9/4**
Hawaiian luau.
Kalua pork. Roasted coconut and butter rice. Grilled pineapple. Spicy (mildly spicy) peanut teriyaki sauce.

Teriyaki chicken.
Grilled chicken atop a pile of white rice.
With steamed cabbage and a light teriyaki sauce.

**Thursday. 9/5**
Red Beef enchiladas.
Tender shredded beef and cheese inside flour tortillas. Topped with a delicious red sauce. With cilantro/lime rice and seasoned black beans.

Pulled Pork dinner
Slow smoked pulled pork. Grampas Baked beans. Cheesy garlic mashed potatoes.

**Friday. 9/6**
Chicken and spinach Alfredo lasagne.
Steamed carrots and broccoli.

These will be priced as follows:

Mini meals (Ideal for seniors, small children) $6
Adult meal. $12
Family meal $50 (this is larger than 5 of the adult meals.)

Disposable utensils and napkins provided at no charge if needed.

They will be made each day, and placed into the freezer once I’m finished. The minis and adult meals will be microwaveable, but the family sized will be in foil trays to be heated in the oven.
Order as many as you need. These will keep in the freezer for awhile, to be enjoyed at your convenience.

Prepayment required (I don’t want to make meals, only to have “no-shows”, sorry.

Fb pay, Venmo, or card all accepted.

Free delivery in Star Valley with minimum purchase.

Introducing frozen meals to go!
Everyone seems to be in a rush these days, and we all tend to either skip eating, or we eat something that is less than delicious. Stuft is here to help! And I’m going to do it at a price that won’t break the bank!
I’ll be doing at least 5 different meals per week. Available for your family (feeds about 5), individual adult meals, and smaller meals that are perfectly suited for the elderly, or someone that won’t eat a whole lot. (This is an amazing option for those that are unable to cook, and are not eating healthy.)
There will be volume discounts available. I’ll be posting what they are each week, contingent on the weekly meals.

Rental is $50 per day, or get use of it for your catered event at NO CHARGE! Use it for music, or for an announcer/dj, or whatever you want!

I just wanted to give everybody an advanced notice…
May 11th, which is the day before Mother’s Day, I will be providing a Hawaiian luau meal at Gather On 89 in Afton. If you went to the Valentines event there, you know how awesome they are! If you missed it, you don’t want to miss this one! They will be selling advance tickets really soon. But I wanted everybody to know so they can block off the date. I hope to see you there!
