I like to get into the mindset and expectations of the client for the event so I can create and customize a menu that exceeds their standards, but stays within price points. Kuoha Culinary prides itself in being one of the only catering companies that has one chef handle all facets of food production from start to finish and is on-site at all events handling food personally to ensure quality food,

service, and guest satisfaction. At the end of the day the client needs to be happy with the service I provide, if not I cannot accept pay for a job that isn't done well. I am all about getting the "Wow" from my clients.

"We hired Ed for our recent wedding and were extremely pleased with his food quality and level of service. He truly takes pride in his work and is fantastic with communication! We got blessed in being able to get not only a tasting from Ed in the early stages of planning, but again at my now-husband's holiday party at which they happened to hire Kuoha Culinary! When I say Ed's food is BOMB, I really mean BOMB. One compliment we received most post-wedding was how much everyone loved the food.

Chef Ed was always so quick to respond whether via text or email and never hesitated to answer any questions I had. You can tell how much experience he has in this business with the confidence he gives in his replies.

Whenever I had a special request, each time, Chef Ed was extremely gracious and accommodating. I felt bad throwing in a few extra things here and there up to a few weeks before the event and would understand if a vendor got irritated with me, but if he did, it never showed.

If we have any future events to host, we're definitely coming back to Kuoha Culinary for a catering order. Thank you for all that you've done for us, Ed!"
