Proud Father, never thought when I started supporting and doing the "Over The Edge" Fundraiser that I would eventually have a kid on each side hanging 40 stories up and rappelling down. Good times, great memories and life experiences.

I can never thank my 2 most important Ohana enough (My Ohana/Company Ohana) for all the support and energy that goes into keeping this machine running at the level it's at and for every year it's been in operation. It truly is a blessing and labor of love and it makes me happy as a Small business owner to be able to reward everyone with special get togethers when possible.

Blown away by the support for at the Cheer for Champions Event this past weekend.

Thank you to Tracey and the organization for all the hospitality, love, and support they provide to the company and myself on a regular basis. Special Olympics Hawaii and its athletes will always be one of the permanent fixtures in my heart as this relationship began at the start of my company, I hope to continue it as long as I am in operation.

Mahalo to my team as well as this is a non-paid event for them annually that they support without question when I ask.

Excited for the return of in-person Annual Cheer for Champions event next week. Humbled to be a featured Chef again while continuing our support of this awesome organization.

This is one of their biggest fundraiser events that features the torch lighting ceremony to kick off their 2023 Olympic Summer Games. There still may be tickets available if you would like to join the fun and support the cause.

Humbled to have been asked to participate as a guest Chef for 36th Annual Gala Event this past Friday. Another memorable experience to add to this incredible culinary journey I have been on.

is an awesome organization providing programs and a support system for our teens.

Mahalo to Deb & Lisa for putting together a great event annually and letting Kuoha Culinary be a part of the experience this year for all the guests in attendance.

Mahalo to Aki and Executive Chef Alex of for providing us the resources and staffing to assist our team in executing our dishes perfectly on site.

Last but not least, Mahalo to my staff and the support of my family, especially my wife Rachael who continues to do the "behind the scenes" work that helps Kuoha Culinary thrive and persevere!

I was told by Special Olympics Hawaii that Kuoha Culinary has raised over $31,000 since we started which is mindblowing. I remember just barely raising a $1000 the first year but have figured out creative ways to get more every year since then and now have a rappel team.

This would not be possible with everyone chipping in every year to make a difference. Thank you!!!
