Christmas:

I am offering my some of my family's favorite side dishes for Christmas. Each casserole feeds 10-12 people easily. Please PM or text me if you are interested at 803-443-3108. Cut off day to order is Tuesday, December 20th. Pickup or delivery will be Friday.

Asparagus Casserole
This is my personal favorite casserole. Layers of asparagus topped with thinly slice boiled eggs and layered with a rich and creamy white sauce and cheese. Topped with a crunchy topping.

Baked Macaroni and Cheese
This is my recipe for creamy Mac and Cheese that is made with a roux. It is an old recipe and has a few secret ingredients. It's our family choice for special occasions. Big and little kids love it and I usually quadruple the recipe for my family as it disappears quickly.

Sukey's Dressing
My Grandmother's famous dressing is one of the most requested items for our holiday's. Family and friends alike agree that this dish is magnificent and it is a MUST for a holiday. It is a casserole with chicken and it is a side dish. My favorite and there are never any leftovers.

Giblet Gravy
Another family favorite. Serve with rice or over the dressing. Mom’s classic giblet gravy recipe is full of meaty giblets in a thick and savory holiday gravy. Hard-cooked eggs make it extra delicious.

MaMae's Sweet Potato Casserole
This is my Grandmother's (Mom's side) recipe that is delicious. She taught me how to make this many years ago and I make it every year for my family. It is a rich dish with a crunchy pecan topping.

LaFaye’s Famous Corn Casserole
This a very unique recipe that many people just RAVE over. I always have requests to bring this dish to potlucks and holiday meals. It is a creamy casserole with ingredients such as cheese, pimentos, and celery that compliment each other. I haven't ever had a dish like this anywhere,other than my family dinners, and almost everyone that tries it, loves it.

A dear friend of mine coerced this recipe from the Sanctuary in Kiawah. It is delicious. Sweet, sour, salary, and tart with a BITE. Sautéed collards and bacon in a delicious Thai sauce medley.

Served in a deep dish pie crust, it's a bit different from your typical apple pie as I use Granny Smith apples and a sour cream based filling. I've been making this for years and it's still a winner! (It's great for breakfast, too!)

This is a long time family favorite. This casserole is a must for birthdays, good grades, beach trips, etc. Layered chicken and stuffing in a creamy sour cream based sauce.

Southwestern Chili
I’ve tweaked this recipe through the years and finally came up with a WINNER. Three different types of meats, three different types of beans, in a rich and smokey tomato sauce that simmers for hours. People rave over this chili when I served at the restaurant. I’ve watched people eat two orders in one sitting and also order one to go!

Creamy Chicken Francaise
Tender cutlets of chicken breast lightly breaded and pan sautéed then topped with a YUMMY lemon butter caper sauce and served over linguine. This dish is very addicting and was a favorite at my restaurant.
