Holiday Meal Tips:
1. Week 1 of November
Prep all veggies, ( trinity -celery,onions,bell peppers) & freeze
2. Week 2 bake all desserts and freeze
3. Week 3 Gather all large cookware ( that you only use during the holidays) roaster, deep fryer, Food processer, cake mixer, etc.
4. Week 4 Begin to bring together your fall/ holiday if you haven't already... Thanksgiving themed napkins,plate, platters, dinnerware, glasses, etc.
5. The day before I begin at 12 noon with all big items such as turkey wings, or fried turkey, beans, collards, etc. I like to spend time with family instead of cooking when they arrive.....
