Working on perfecting my sourdough bread & offering 2 types.

1st up is the rustic round loaf; crunchy, chewy & minimal ingredients compliment soups, stews and dips.

2nd is a sandwich loaf; olive oil & cane sugar added to the dough create a much softer crust and fluffier crumb perfect for toast & sandwiches.

Is there any interest in pasture raised pork half side or whole?

We would raise them at our farm and deliver to processor. You would be responsible for picking up from processor. You get to pick what cuts you'd like.

Deposits would be due in March, pork would be ready late summer.
