9. Package Pricing – We know what you’re going to need and we include it in our pricing. Our dinner menus include your plates, china, glassware, cutlery, linens, & salt & pepper — all of the items you need to serve your guests.

8. It’s Fresh! – Our Executive Chef makes most everything fresh to order, using only wholesome ingredients. From fresh herbs in our “Herb-Encrusted Chicken” to fresh butter and cream in our sauces, you’ll be proud to serve your guests a meal of such outstanding quality.

7. Trained, Professional Staff – Before a server can place a plate for Robert J., they must complete a comprehensive training program to ensure the best quality of service for our clients. We enforce a strict dress code and code of conduct so you can relax knowing you’re getting “country-club service” at your event. With a team of almost 50 trained servers on call, we can handle even the largest of events without resorting to temp agencies and relatives! (You deserve better!)
