Located in the city of Alachua, along the historical district on Main Street, the Alachua Woman’s Club is a beautiful 19th century brick building that represents a piece of our history through its large front archways, wood accents throughout and glimmering chandelier’s above. The AWC was built in 1936 having many upgrades over the years, but still holds the stylish yet traditional features origin

al to the building. Here you can create an intimate ambiance for a wedding, a bridal or baby shower, family gathering, a business meeting or even host a large charity dance event with up to 200 guests. It features high ceilings, warm wood floors, expansive ballroom, a gorgeous fireplace, AV system, a large elevated stage, and a kitchen. The space also features an elegant Tea Room that can be rented separately for a smaller group or meeting space. Brides are also able to use and enjoy a comfy bridal suite for her big day. At our unique event space, sit back and enjoy tons of natural light, beautiful architectural design, centralized location and stunning backdrops for your event photos. Thank you to all who attended our Second Annual Premier Bridal Expo today! We had an amazing vendor lineup and enjoyed meeting all the new brides!

As promised we have tons of Goodies in the Grand Prize Giveaway and while we tried to take a live video, we were technically challenged and didn't realize it had to be longer than a minute to post! Then we tried to save it and it wound up getting deleted! With that being said, the drawing was held at the conclusion of the Expo and the Grand Prize winner is Destiny Sullivan!

In addition, We held a separate drawing for our Bridal Bingo Game. I hope you all enjoyed playing and were able to gather some valuable information from our vendors The winner for Bridal Bingo will get a get free Wedding Cake (some restrictions apply)! The winner of that drawing was also Destiny Sullivan! (I kid you not, Can't make this up. We have that video lol )

If Destiny Sullivan already has a cake for her wedding, then we will draw another name!
