I wanted to thank everyone who has stopped by the past couple soft opening weekends to our little bbq joint. Truly incredible support and we appreciate everyone one of you! Just a few years ago we were serving sandwiches out of tent and now it's a little take out spot. We thank you for patience as we navigate this crazy restaurant world. During this learning curve, we need to tweak the menu, we got smoked, no pun intended on some meats so we'll need pause some items, hire some more as we will even get busier this summer and add more hours during the week. Online ordering thru MEALEO is coming in February. Lots of things coming, so thank you for your continued support!!

I wanted to thank everyone who stopped by for our soft opening weekend!! We saw a ton of old friends and faces from the Guilderland Farmer's Market, Mixed Breed Brewing or from other events and we really appreciate you coming out. And to all my new bbq friends we met, thank you! Welcome to the family!
It was crazy, busy and everything we could hope for so that we can make it better for next time. So let's get ready to do it all over again!
