We are one of the Capital Region's premier, full-service catering companies and are excited to provide professional and courteous attention alongside an extensive selection of offerings and menus for any function or event. Always a woman-owned and operated company, what started with managing a food vending truck and the many engaging and personal interactions she had with her frequent visitors, owner Betsy Manware was inspired to start her own company with her Clients' interests and needs at the center of it. She promotes the act of listening to her clients rather than telling them what they are limited to and attributes this personalized attention to our reputation for exceptional customer service. Part-time Catering Prep Cook for Hire (Albany)!

Starting wage at $17/hr, 1-2 month trial period

We are looking for a dedicated, hard-working team player to join our team. This role includes food-prepping for orders, assembling cold-item dishes, delivering orders to customers, and running errands for the kitchen.
Requirements: Must have 2+ years of experience in the kitchen and must have a valid Driver's license. Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds. Daytime shift, up to 30 hours a week. Availability Tuesdays-Sundays: shifts vary and could start from 8am and could end at 4pm (every day is different).

I could not let the day go by without recognizing my amazing staff on Employee Appreciation Day! From our Head Chef Nicole who graces us daily with the most amazing food. She is one of the most talented chefs in the Capital Region. Smart, hard working,
super organized, excellent manager, and always happy and smiling even though her job is the hardest.
Then Marissa, multitalented is an understatement. Beyond organized, five steps ahead of everyone, handles our tech issues(without swearing), super intelligent, can fix whatever breaks, can put together anything, plans most of our non wedding events, works as a chef at our weddings, is always pleasant on and off the phone and does everything that I hate to do (usually before I even ask!) All that, and is an amazing mother to her 5 year old Carter!

Robin, she is like the energizer bunny in the kitchen.Dedicated, diligent, smart, multi tasks with ease (makes me look like an amateur), does the work of two people. A true gem 💎
Zac, our go to guy! Can make a mean sandwich, fast on deliveries, gets the pots and pans clean, team player, and one of the most respectful and nicest guys you will ever meet.

I can never express the gratitude I have for all of you. Your efforts are what makes this business successful. It really does take a village !!
