This week has been pretty hectic but this was a truly rewarding project helping Overit Media jump over that threshold into the 30 club. The planning for this started about 3+ months ago to line up entertainment and catering, and also the press aspect of it. I am so thankful for all the help from the team to get us here, and now we're all in "event hangover" mode.
Congrats to Dan and the team on this major milestone! And I'm honored to be a part of it for the last five years. Keep innovating and changing the status quo. 🚀 💙

Few things are more inspiring than seeing almost 3,000 women of various ages and athletic abilities cross a 5K finish line. So humbled to work with the amazing people at Freihofer's Run for Women. Six months of hard work culminated yesterday. I was cold and wet, but my heart was warm.

This is a fun project I'm working on with Historic Deerfield. This woman essentially started the Arts & Crafts movement in New England. It's an invigorating feeling to see a piece come home to where it was made.

Freihofer's Run for Women announced today that Black Girls RUN! has made this year's 45th event a NATIONAL meet up! This was because of the advocacy of the Albany Chapter's Ambassador, Olivia Frempong, who will be running her 10th Freihofer's this year. The partnership with the Capital District YMCA will make it all so easy for everyone to participate in the Training Challenge. Sign up today!
