Shaker Ridge Country Club Established in 1929, Shaker Ridge was originally designed by Jim Thompson and remodeled by Stephen K Bill Sarver manages the course as the General Manager.

Shaker Ridge Country Club is an 18-hole, par 71 course featuring 6,758 yards of golf from the longest tees. The course rating is 73.1 and it has a slope rating of 133 on Bent grass. Designed by James Thomas, the Shaker Ridge golf course opened in 1930. In addition to golf, the private club has tennis courts, a pool, a restaurant and banquet facilities. Throughout the year, there are numerous golf

tournaments, parties and barbecues, family events and more. The club is situated in Colonie, NY near the Albany International Airport.

🚨 Look Closely! High-Flying Friends Alert! 🚨

Yesterday morning, we had some VIP guests at Shaker Ridge Country Club—6 fighter jets from Langley Air Force Base, known as the Screamin’ Demons, soaring above! While the word is that they were here for training, we’re pretty sure they just wanted to check out our beautiful course from above. 🛫⛳️

They treated us to some rolls and tight banks, and it was one heck of a show! 🎉✈️

We hope they had as much fun as we did—next time, we’ll make sure to have a tee time ready for our new winged friends! 🏌️‍♂️

We’re thrilled to announce that Samantha has qualified for the 37th U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur Championship, which will take place next month at Brae Burn Country Club! 🎉⛳️ We couldn’t be prouder to have one of our own competing on such a prestigious stage.

It’s been an another incredible day at Shaker Ridge! First, we started with our Annual Husband and Wife Tournament, where our couples showcased their golfing skills and enjoyed a lovely day on the greens together. 🏌️‍♀️🏌️‍♂️

The festivities didn’t stop there! The evening’s White Party was a hit, featuring a fun and challenging 2-Hole, Single Club Contest that kept everyone entertained. ✨🍸
