I've always said as long as people keep coming, we'd keep on being here. So, I ask you, Where's my people? Cause they are not here.

We, Alchemy: Games, Collectibles, & Events, will be closing this month. Thank you all for the support over the entire 10 year period of us being here in Southwest GA. We started small and continued to grow and for a while, we were the only shop for an almost 2 hour drive. Now, there is plenty of Local Game Shops in this part of Georgia with the growth of the industry. unfortunately it starts making the player base a bit more spread out, but helps serve their local clientele better. I wish them all great success in their respective locations.

That being said. Epicon will be coming in November as long as we can peg down a site to host at. I am going to be putting my focus on that and working towards that goal.

Ill also be working on a few personal projects to come as well. So stay tuned.

Thank you to everyone who has given us love and support over the years. Thanks to even to our haters who gave us inspiration and another reason to thrive. I am going to miss you all. Some more than others and other more than you deserve to paraphrase a certain hobbit.

I want to take a moment to address the delays we are facing. Since im getting post comments like this, I'm going to address it. I dont openly put a lot online about personal things, but Life has hit us with some very hard lefts at the moment. At first, it was cancer. We had to relocate and take care of my grandmother and her fight with breast cancer, and now my grandmother is cancer free. Right after that, we found out my daughter has to have spinal surgery. Currently, my daughter is about to have surgery June 4th and then has 2 months of recovery. Unfortunately, that hit the brakes temporarily. Her health is my priority at this moment. My family will always come first. Please be patient and try to understand that I am just one person. I am trying.

Ok folks its one week from now, but we are ready to have a small event that is a building up to a revival of Epicon! IF you would like to be a guest or a vendor please contact me ASAP as spots are limited! I am also looking for any Larps that would like to demo outside! This is not a drill and each event will be building towards Epicon's Return!

Currently looking for Authors, Independent Comic creators, Musicians, Artists, Actors, Game Creators, and other Special Guests that would like to come and have an appearance at my shop. Would be willing to set a digital, interactive, in-house Q and A if the distance is too far. This will be an ongoing thing as we can schedule them. Epicon has been delayed for a plethora of reasons but we want to keep the fire going and kindle it more with these mini-con style events. These events will be held at Alchemy: Game Shoppe, Coffee Bar, & Eatery located in Sylvester, GA.

This year we want to try something different. This year we will launch the first Epicon Epic Talent Show. We want you to show us what you got! Musicians, Singers, Dance Crews, Magicians, ETC! Applications will be going live soon and we will be holding audition events as well to pick out finalists for Epicon! There will be an entry fee that will all go towards the winning final three acts as well as awards which will be determined by the end of the event!! This is the time to show us what you got and rise to the occasion with a live performance in front of hundreds of people! Let's make it Epic! Acts must be kept PG-13 please!

We are shooting for a new evolution of EpiCon on Oct 29th, 2022. This is still in the early stages of development and we will post more about this as we go. We will start selling early admission tickets as well as vendor space as soon as we lock in the final location. We want to know one thing though, Are you ready to get your Geek on again? Lets make this show Epic again!
