Thankful for so much! I get asked from time to time what it’s like to be my own boss. My answer.. I’m not really the boss. Everyone that walks through the door, that walks up to the shrimptruck, that hires the shrimptruck, is my boss. The goal is to make the boss happy every single time. Without you Shrimp vs Chef doesn’t exist. So, thank you, Boss! Keep telling me what you like and I’ll keep making it happen. Tell me what I need to fix (the old school way, not through Yelp!) and I’ll fix it.
