🥇 Congrats to our Employee of the month for March at Best Pots/A&B Septic. This is Jake. He’s been with us for a little over a year now & is on our Sales/Marketing Team. He came in brand new to the industry, but has picked up a lot & learned quickly as a highly motivated & competitive person. He’s very grateful for the ownership, healthy culture, environment & team, here at Best Pots/A&B Septic. When he’s not at work, Jake loves spending time with His Wife & Their 2 Daughters, relaxing with Family & Friends, coaching high school football at Santiam Christian, traveling & seeing new places. You can usually spot Jake sporting L.A. gear as he was born & raised in Los Angeles. His favorite teams are The Rams, Lakers, Dodgers & Kings of L.A. Becca is a dedicated & reliable team player, who has a tenacious work ethic. On every team, there are people who go above & beyond in order to help, support, teach & encourage, their teammates. Here at Best Pots, Becca is definitely one of those people.

Outside of work, Becca has a beautiful family. Along with caring for & investing in her family, Becca is also a huge animal lover who owns around 20 pets of different types. Those include dogs, cats, fish, rats, frogs & more. Becca is a strong & capable leader who also cares well for people around her. This award is well deserved and perhaps even overdue.
