Hey friends! We’ve been really quiet over here on social media, but it definitely hasn’t been quiet in our worlds!! Josh and I have been busy with moves, new jobs, extracurriculars and school for our twins, and a new baby! In our spare time, we’ve been adding some new things and creating some new ideas for Harmony Grove!!

One of the most popular things I heard when we purchased Harmony Grove was that many families had their reunions here many years ago! I hate that there were years that went by when no one was able to book it for their reunions. So we decided that we wanted to have more families out at Harmony Grove to celebrate traditions every year!! I’ve decided to run a “reunion special!” From now until the end of October, you can book your 2024 family reunion for $100! This includes 4 hours of rental time, bathrooms, tables, chairs, the fire pit, and the outdoor pavilion!! The inside of the church and more hours can be added for an additional fee! Now that we have small kiddos, we understand the importance of traditions, so we hope we can make Harmony Grove a special place for families to come together every year! ❤️

2023 is a big year for Harmony Grove! She was born in 1883, making this year her 140th birthday!! We have a big celebration planned for her, but we need your help!!! Planning is underway, food and vendors are being secured, but we need all your recommendations for local bands that may want to perform at the venue this summer!!! The support that we have had since opening Harmony Grove Events has been incredible! So many of you have been our hardcore cheerleaders from day one! Sharing our posts, commenting on our pictures, and just being there to cheer us on has meant so much to me! We know it will take awhile to get Harmony Grove out in the world for our sweet couples to discover us, but in the meantime, we have so many ideas and plans in mind for this space!

Something near and dear to my heart is the Harmony Grove Christmas Bazaar! I want to use our space to support other small businesses while spreading Christmas cheer! This is a huge event to put together, and for a momma that has her hands in million things and 3 sweet babies, this is a big undertaking for me. When I posted that I wanted to make this event bigger and better each year with new offerings like inflatables for the kids to enjoy, you guys did not hesitate to jump on this opportunity to support us!!! That means the absolute WORLD to me!!! Each of these businesses and families listed below are so very special and I cannot thank them enough for their support!!! I will be doing an individual post, but I wanted to take a minute to give them all a shoutout!!! This community is so amazing, and one way you can help us continue to thrive is to shop local and support local!!! We are getting soooo excited for Aubree and Dylan’s big day!! Aubree is very special to me and I just can’t wait to watch her dreams come true!! She is the definition of a true friend, a passionate dog lover (she sold me there), and just an all around good person! I know she’s in good hands with Dylan, he is so sweet! It may be Fall, but this cold weather has me dreaming of Christmas!! In honor of our 1st annual Harmony Grove Events Christmas Bazaar, we decided to do a little giveaway!! Little Harmony Grove has come such a long way!! I love reflecting on the before and after photos to put into perspective just how much we have done in this year! Sometimes we feel like we aren’t getting anywhere and it’s such a struggle to get ahead, but we know that the progress we have made is something we should feel thankful for!! Can’t wait to share this beauty with future couples! ❤️

This entire project has been a labor of love! A labor more than we ever expected, with a lot of laboring left to do, but a labor that we hope and pray will eventually pay off for our kids and grandkids ❤️ Our goal is to have at least 5 weddings in 2022, so we need your help in sharing this labor of love with everyone you know! We will be doing a giveaway soon, but in the meantime, would you consider recommending our venue for couples who want a small, intimate wedding experience?! While we are anxiously Summer and Fall at Harmony Grove, my mind drifts to planning our first ever Christmas bazaar! This has been something I have wanted to do since we first thought about purchasing Harmony Grove! Something for our community in which we serve, something for the kiddos to look forward to, and something for our local small business owners to show off their talents! I am creating a "planning" group right now to include anyone who would like to participate in setting up a vendor table, anyone that wants to help us decorate, donate items for the event for sponsorships, or anyone who just wants to be involved in any way!! If you would like to join, comment below and I will add you!! And please feel free to share this with anyone you know! I would LOVE for entire county and surrounding areas to benefit from this event!!

Happy New Year everyone!! 2020 was such a crazy hard year. But in all of the sadness and hurt, little Harmony Grove was given another chance at life!! If it wasn’t for the pandemic, we would have never stumbled upon this girl and made a crazy life decision to buy her and renovate her to be a wedding and event center!! Thank you all SOO much for the continuous support, referring your friends to us, and just spreading the word about this venue!! We are always so thankful for how amazing our friends and family are!!

**In honor of the new year, I have decided to leave our giveaway open for the weekend and announce the winner Monday morning!!
