Mobile ordering made simple in the Chick-fil-A ONE app!
Be sure to download the Chick-fil-A ONE app and skip placing the order at the restaurant by placing your order ahead in the app.
Here’s 8 easy steps to place a Mobile order.
1. Download the Chick-fil-A ONE app and open the app.
2. Select pick up at restaurant and select “Cottonwood”
3. Select how you would like to receive your order (ie: Drive-thru)
4. Browse the “full menu” and select what you would like to order.
(Be sure to add the sauce you would like on each item, then add it your order)
5. Once you have added all your items and meals click your bag in the bottom right corner to review your order. Then click “Continue to check out”
6. Ensure all the information is correct for the order (Location, pick up method, card on file) then click “Complete my order”
7. Hop in the Drive-thru line and let a team member outside (or at the speaker box) know you’re here by providing the name on your order.
8. Pick up at the window and Enjoy! 😋

As we close out 2024, our hearts are full of gratitude for each of you who’ve made this year so special. ❤️ Thank you for sharing your smiles, your stories, and your time with us—it’s truly been an honor to serve you.

Today, we closed at 4 PM to celebrate with our families and reflect on the blessings of this year. Tomorrow, on New Year’s Day, we’ll be open from 10:30 AM to 7 PM to kick off 2025 with you!
