*Carnival will stay open at the discretion of carnival operators.

EXPO New Mexico is the state's only true multi-use entertainment and events facility, which in addition to being the site of the annual New Mexico State Fair, hosts hundreds of events throughout the year. Admission
Adults (age 12-64): $15
Seniors (age 65 and up): $8

Little Ones (age 0-5) FREE

Midway Carnival Hours:
Open Monday - Friday at 2 p.m.*
Open Saturday - Sunday at

10 a.m.*
Kiddie Land opens at 10 a.m. On nights when the carnival stays open later than the general fair, patrons must make their way to the carnival no later than 10 PM for ride access.

🍔The highly-anticipated Green Chile Cheeseburger Challenge brought 10 of the best restauranteurs from throughout New Mexico to Main Street on September 9. The competitors did not disappoint. These 10 delicious, chile-topped burgers satisfied both the crowd and the judges, but only two would prevail as champions. In the end, the fair crowned two new champions. Isleta Grill of Isleta Pueblo took home the crown for the blind judging award and Craft Republic of Albuquerque beat out the field for the people’s choice award. Thanks to all these worthy (and delicious) competitors.
