It's fun working in the flight path to the airport. We see jets daily, but sometimes we get the military flights. Last week was a fighter jet (unable to snap pictures) and today was a helicopter....

We do a lot of meals for people and we always try and have a variety. So tonight we are bringing out the smoked chicken wings to the Amazon Warehouse in Alcoa.

We are going to be down at Amazon in Alcoa tonight and tomorrow night for the late shift dinner.

We are in the odd season of weather, where you shut the heat off when it gets to 72 degrees in the afternoon and flip it back on early in the morning when it is 58 and chilly, just to shut it back off again.

Jalapeno Popper Cheese Burger....

We have been working on another burger option for you all. How about Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Jalapeno and Bacon topping a 1/4 pound burger. Like eating a popper and burger at the same time

Definitely a winner for those who like a little spice.

We are preparing for the rain tomorrow. We just put our 10x10 tent in the trailer. We are going to try our best to keep our customer as dry as possible while they what for some great food.

Just perfect, light and fluffy with just the right amount of garlic and cheese. They went great with the spaghetti and salad for dinner.

A little prep work wrapped up for tomorrow. 20 pounds of potatoes boiled and ready to make fried potatoes. They will be sliced and cooked on our flat top with onions.

Pair that with any of our sandwiches, and you have "Meat and Potatoes."
