It's a quiet night out at our factory tonight, but we are rocking some new items.

A Mushroom Swiss Cheeseburger which you can add bacon too and two quesdillas, Buffalo Chicken and Chicken Bacon Ranch.

Well we were making cheese steaks yesterday. We used up all the meat so we tried out a Chopped Cheese for someone with the burger patties. Both looked great.

Who loves a good cup of coffee? I do and am thankful for the ability to sip mine while others are working on this busy shopping day.

Stay safe out there if you have to go get those sales. Be mindful of how much work and stress is put upon the store employees and staff at food establishments. Give them grace and treat them well.
