Our final Athaudage senior spotlight is Cheyla Athaudage! Cheyla, throughout the past two years, has become a valuable member to not only our pit orchestra, but also our theater family. We are so glad that Cheyla decided to join our program, as our pit orchestra would not have been the same without her talents and hard work. In the fall, Cheyla plans on attending the University at Buffalo for Neuroscience. Congratulations Cheyla! We will miss you! 🥳🎓

Up next is Chester Athaudage! Chester, despite joining our theater family later, has become a very important asset to our pit orchestra. We are so glad to have benefited from Chester’s hard work and growth through our program. We know that we will most definitely miss Chester and his caring personality next year, but are excited to see what he accomplishes in the future as he attends Hilbert College for Psychology! Congrats Chester! 🥳🎓

Our next senior spotlight is Chelsea Athaudage! Chelsea is a newer addition to our theater program and has spent the last two years as a valuable member of our pit orchestra. We are very fortunate to have benefited from Chelsea’s musical talents and will miss her dedication and caring personality next year. We know that Chelsea is going to continue doing great things after graduation, as she plans on attending Hilbert College for Criminal Justice! Congratulations Chelsea!

Our next senior spotlight is the one and only Jacob Dutka! Jake has been involved with many productions at our high school, a couple of productions at ACTS, and one production at JFK. After graduation, Jake plans on returning to Alden High School to help coach football and to watch the plays and musicals. Jake has brought so much joy to our theater program over the past four years. We will very much miss his enthusiastic personality and pre show speeches next year! Thank you, and congratulations Jake! 🎓🥳

Our first senior spotlight is Matthew Cooper! Matt has been very involved with Alden’s theater program, never missing a musical production. After graduation, Matt plans on attending a college. We will miss Matt’s dedication and enthusiasm next year. Congratulations, Matt! 🥳🎓

The directorial team could not be more proud of our students for the amazing production of The Addams Family! Their talents and hard work dating all the way back to November can not be understated.
We want to wish all of our seniors the best as they move to finish their time in high school and continue on to their futures.

We also want to thank all of you who came to see the show in support of all of students involved. Thanks for supporting the arts and we'll see you next year!
