The Lodge at Hanson Park is a social and corporate events venue located within Hal and Berni Hanson Regional Park, in Aldie, Virginia, operated by Loudoun County Parks, Recreation & Community Services.
Believe it or not, school is just around the corner and we were thrilled to host the second of three Character Strong training sessions today with middle school counselors and other student support staff within Loudoun County Public Schools!

Yesterday, The Lodge welcomed Loudoun County’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Community Services’ Area Agency on Aging and the Department of Family Services’ Adult Protective Services.
Their program brought awareness to World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, which can be recognized on June 15.

Meet our neighbor, The Hanson Park Nature Center, just across the pond. The Nature Center brings enjoyment and understanding of our natural resources and bridges the gap between people of all ages and nature through experience-based education. The spacious building and adjacent forested trails, fields, and ponds will provide environmental education through numerous exhibits, activities, and structured programs.
Currently the Nature Center is open limited hours, please check and like the Hanson Regional Park page to find out how to be a part of the Nature Center’s exciting and engaging programs that encourage curiosity, exploration, and action. Come out and meet the Naturalist!
