The essential elements of a great story are love, connection, and two people who make the world around them disappear when they’re together.

I drove almost 300 miles to witness and photograph the beautiful love story of Zarrina & Dan in Brooklyn, and from the moment we started, you could feel how genuine their connection is.

With perfect 77°, blue skies, and a skyline full of skyscrapers surrounding us, the day felt cinematic — but what truly made it special was them. The way they looked at each other, laughed together, and simply enjoyed every moment made the entire city fade into the background.

Some love stories just have a way of making everything feel effortless and unforgettable.

There are days you show up to a venue and just know something special is about to happen. October 18th at The Osprey at Belmont Bay was one of those days.

The sky was perfect. The light was golden. And the couple? Absolutely in love. 💕

From our pre-dawn drone flights over the water to that unforgettable moment when they surprised everyone with a traditional Bolivian dance — this wedding film captured something really beautiful.

It’s been quite a journey filming weddings over the years—and now, I’m stepping into a new chapter.

I’m Sony, a wedding videographer who found his craft in New York and now calls the DMV home. After years of telling love stories from behind the camera, I’ve launched the SVC FILMS podcast—a new way to share stories, experiences, and everything I’ve learned along the way.

We’re feeling beyond grateful and excited to finally share some big news from our family! 💫

We’ve been a little quiet lately as we took time to settle into the most beautiful surprise of 2025… but now it’s time to let our friends and family in on the joy:

We’re expecting baby number 3 — and she’s a GIRL! 💕👶

After two fearless, high-energy boys who keep us on our toes, we’re over the moon to welcome a little sweetness into the mix this summer.

Mama’s doing amazing (even though she might say otherwise 😅) — the bump is officially stealing the spotlight, and while she’s been feeling lots of aches and pains, I’ve been giving enough massages to consider going pro.

We can’t wait to meet our little girl and are so thankful for this next chapter in our lives.

“Time of My Life” – A New Chapter for SVC 🎥✨

I have no idea why I’m calling it that—but here we are! 😎 This new chapter is all about sharing key insights on weddings to help future clients and anyone out there wondering whether to book a wedding vendor. I’ll be diving into the importance of our roles—not just for weddings, but for any major event.

Matt and Gabriella tied the knot at the beautiful 1757 Golf Club, where we had the honor of capturing their love story in front of their friends and family. Their story was truly unique, filled with emotion and joyful tears.
