Ritchie leases his home to Melady House and Angie's Piece-A-Cake, which hosts weddings (both inside and outside), receptions, Christmas parties, anniversary parties, etc.

Welcome to Melady House. We are the epitome of Southern Charm! We have the beautiful Oaks out front and surrounding the property, the large two story White House and some history to go with it! This historical home was built in 1870 and has been remodeled and added on to over the past 150 years! This home has been in the Ritchie family since 2002 and has been hosting all types of events such as weddings and/or receptions, engagement parties, mardigras balls, Christmas parties, showers, business functions of all types, reunions, etc. Melady House is being managed by Ritchie Real Estate.
