Hey everyone- please vote for my runner Cate Messing! She is the top freshman in the state of Virginia winning Alexandria City / Virginia Catholic / WCAC / Independent State. She ran at the Nike Regionals in North Carolina and was the top freshman even though someone stepped on the back of her shoe and it was about to fall off the whole race.
