Not that they were good in the first place, but who wants to consume an antibiotic chicken that has 22+ chemicals and additives to make it taste "good". Lets not forget the sauce is being recalled........

Now we have to contend with a chicken that will have chemicals that "are good for humans". $h1+ is not worth the money and your health.

2024 is off and running for the Dishes. I was able to help plan a suprise 40th birthday dinner for her husband and family. congratulations on 40 turns around the sun!

That said Mrs. Dishes and I spent sometime on my 46th trip around the sun celebrating as well....... always a fun day discussing the next trip.

The next trip will mean alot for the Dishes and it's future. More to come very soon.

In 2017, with the support of my wife, I went from being a Soldier in the Army of 20 years to going to Culinary School. gave me the opportunity to cook for him and his family.......(wow, it was a learning experience)

That same year .mccarren did a story on me and Avery the Service Dog.

Fast forward 6 years. Chris’s Dishes has expanded and is now an all-inclusive Personal Chef and Events Service. We have come so far!

Team Dishes brought it all together last week with our first event which included our event and design section, bar section, and of course a custom menu to support the in an event we called "Cocktails and Canapes"

Nothing beats getting up on a Sunday, heading over to talking with local vendors, sneak out to , have a cup of , do some recipe development and hang with Mrs. Dishes , enjoying the weather.

Then we finish the day out just before the rain with a pizza dressed with some basil from and fishing oil from ........yeah they were good!

Washed it all down with drink using two of some awesome distillerys and a good book from (thanks for that episode).

This past weekend was a great time with Mrs. Dishes and ! They both were my test subjects for a menu (insert evil Chef laugh) for an upcoming wedding we will be doing.
