3D scan done here at the shop. We used the Einscan hd pro to scan the actresses body. We then corrected the scan and printed it in 4 sections. The lower pieces where printed on a Filomena printers and the upper sections where printed on resin printers. We also purposely got rid of the skin texture for what we want to use this for. Print time was 4 days.

Reposted • Third degree burn scars for , using transfers, airbrush paints and alcohol activated paints to create the scar colouration, airbrushed and hand painted using .4 mm airbrush and brushes for fine details. 🎨

Loving this look from “The Divine Feminine” using our brow blockers!

This was merely practice, and a very STRUGGLING attempt at using the rest of my brow blockers. Needless to say, I should have used them sooner.

All that said, I feel like this was a really personal piece of art. Lately, I’ve really felt so grounded. As a woman, I’ve always felt two entities in me. The light side represents the scarred, battered, and bruised pieces of me that have survived against all odds. The darker side represents the cunning, powerful woman whose ambition knows no bounds. I think ultimately, I’ve always equated my strength to the warrior inside me. I’ve never felt like my sexuality or exterior flesh was where I felt privileged—despite what society tries to imbue in we women. We are so much more than flesh. With my spirituality also falling to the left side of things, the Goetic teachings of Paimon have demanded to find the ultimate truth to inner peace.

I’m not sure what peace is, but the lesson is in the process…not the outcome. Albeit an endless pursuit into self-awareness—the lessons taught everyday are SO rewarding.

I’m so very proud of the woman inside me. I think 3-year old me would have a sentinel whom she could feel safe with.

Repost• A little throw back to this fun monster makeup that and I created for .reggies & using all prosthetics. We painted one of the lumps to look like a brain and hand sewed on stitches for a fun effect! (And of course lots of slime 😬)

Had a ton of fun creating this monster. As I prepare for some fun makeups I get to do this coming week, I just spent some time reviewing all the creatures and characters I was able to create this year and feeling proud and grateful. Hoping 2025 of filled with even more!

Working on historical re-creation shoots are one of my
favourite types of projects to be part of. Ludger
Sylbaris was a survivor of the 1902 eruption of Mount
Pelée, suffering severe burns on his upper body. He
was trapped in a jail cell for days after the eruption,
until eventually rescued. Lucky for him, the prison was
the most sheltered building in the city and thus he was
able to avoid perishing under volcanic debris.

was cast to play Ludger for an
episode of ‘The Unbelievable with Dan Aykroyd! I was
given the task of recreating his burn scars for the
shoot. burn scar transfers were used, as well
as 3rd Degree silicone moulding material.
Endura Skin paints were
used to airbrush the burn colouration, and hand-
painted details were done with the
Dark Fleshtone palette using
brushes. As always, I relied on my
lights to see what the heck I was
doing throughout the process, to ensure precise
application, colour matching and blending of all that
was applied to Godfrey’s skin.

This film involved varying stages of aging within a quick time frame, so I used a mix of small prosthetic pieces, stretch and stipple, and painting with alcohol palettes.
