"Volunteers not Voluntolds" As Chef Piper stresses the importance of hard work, teamwork and work ethic in the kitchen. We also want to remind the students of our Pennsylvania FCCLA Caring Chapter awards the last two years, for volunteering to cook and serve meals for local soup kitchens.

Open house at the school. Saturday. We will be selling Wedding Soup, Loaded Baked Potato Baked Potato Soup, Stuffed Pepper Soup and Baked goods. My students will be running a free cookie decorating table.

Come and check out our Spring Spectacular/Open House on Saturday, March 9th from 10am-1pm! You will have a chance to see projects our students are working on, chance to talk to instructors, demonstrations in certain labs, etc. It will be a great day for all! Julia Fasenmyer from western beaver made this beautiful charlotte cheesecake for our board meeting last night and we heard nothing but raving reviews! It has a vanilla pound cake crust, mixed berry cheesecake, and topped with poundcake crumbs, mixed berries and topped with white chocolate drizzle.
