Stuffed Pillsbury Biscuits for Breakfast
Cheesy Sausage and Egg Stuffed Breakfast Biscuits
Ingredients:
1 lb ground breakfast sausage
4 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (8-10 large biscuits, like Grands)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brown the sausage in a large skillet, drain, leaving a little grease.
Crack eggs into the pan and stir until cooked.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
Split each biscuit in half, press into thin circles.
Place sausage and egg mixture in the center of one half, top with cheese.
Cover with the other half, seal edges with a fork.
Bake until golden brown.
