FYI the heart shaped pastellio sale is a weekend sale… currently only doing weekend and special dates due to having to book time in a commercial kitchen. (If anybody has a hook up with a commercial kitchen that does rentals please send me info ) if ordering for other than the weekend please respect if I turn away order. Pastellios are prepped at a rental kitchen and the only days I have access are weekends as of now unless pre booked way ahead of time. Looking at doing a Valentine’s Day perfect pair platter please pay attention to the page for flyer

When people ask me if my menu consists of only Spanish food and I answer of course not… I literally cook everything of course but this is just a tad of what I cooked this weekend 2 events this weekend and I never remember to take pics … I need an assistant lol 😆

Confirming all March and April events please respond timely reminder if deposits are not paid on time I will reach out to other customers I have put on a waitlist for certain dates… starting to think I need to start taking a fee upon booking because I’ve been turning bookings away due to prior conversations with customers and end up missing out on bookings due to last min cancellations Consider this post and all attempts at reaching out to events currently booked a warning from now on a booking fee will be needed up front.
