Plagued by allergies her entire life, Charissa set out with her astounding baking abilities to establish a company that could cater delicious, mouthwatering yumminess to anyone; regardless of their diet. We can create but are not limited to cupcakes designed to accommodate anything below.

Charissa has catered for the EAGALA conference held bi-annually here in Traverse City and is the house caterer for PEACE Ranch. She also has done many private parties, weddings and events.
