Fall fashion & fine fare for a fabulous cause!

Last week, Altrusa International of North Georgia hosted a luxurious fashion show and luncheon at The Metropolitan Club to raise funds for their cause; providing community service to those who need it most.

To facilitate this noble charity, Chef Mauro prepared a delectable menu of seasonal dishes such as Mushroom Tartlets, an artisanal Salad of Fall Greens and Chicken Scallopini; finishing with Pumpkin Cheesecake for dessert. Our bartenders paired the meal with Blackberry Harvest Cosmopolitans, Mocha Martinis and a plethora of other beverages from our full bar.

As our guests enjoyed the meal, Altrusa's team invited Wendy Corona to speak about their current projects. Afterwards, Nadine Rodden and a team of models presented Cabi's newest seasonal designs. These inspiring women, each a beacon of their communities, modeled just how well denim, suede and leather pair with confidence!

What an incredible end to Summer here at The Metropolitan Club! We were honored to see our venue transformed for a 5-day conference with Chinmaya Mission Atlanta, bringing together a vibrant community for learning, connection, and celebration.

The event was filled with inspiring discussions, meaningful sessions, and a dynamic atmosphere made even brighter by the many vendors who showcased their offerings throughout the week. It was a beautiful reminder of how powerful it is when people gather to share ideas, culture, and traditions under one roof.

We are so grateful to Chinmaya Mission Atlanta for trusting us with such a special event and to every guest, volunteer, and vendor who made the conference a success. ✨

Celebrating milestones in unforgettable style! We recently had the joy of hosting Eliza’s graduation party here at The Metropolitan Club and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the vibrant décor to the laughter that filled the room, every detail reflected her incredible journey and the love of family and friends who gathered to honor her achievement.

About Us

The Metropolitan Club is the ultimate culmination of a series of successful metro Atlanta event facilities owned and operated by Lee Chadwick. This spectacular venue has hosted events of every kind. Since opening in October 2003, the club has gained a well deserved reputation as one of metro Atlanta’s very finest event facilities with a unique, socially provocative design. Our dedicated professionals will guide you through every step of the planning process, ensuring a flawless event for you and your guests.

The Space

The Metropolitan Club is an open and inviting venue. The space is organized into three areas. The Living Room features curved sofas, a grand piano and a fire place. The Transition area between the bar and the ballroom creates an atmosphere of circular movement for guests to mingle while they move into the Ball Room, which features a granite inset dance floor, and room for up to 400 guests for a seated dinner, or 800 guests for a cocktail style reception! The space can be further divided with moving walls to create more intimate areas if desired; or to create a specific flow throughout the event. Formal or fun, the space is very flexible to meet your needs!
