An old hitching post we found along our journey that you may spot on your way to the main entrance. One of many vintage pieces you will see incorporated into our venue space to give character and to share our appreciation for old, unique features.

Fun fact – a parcel of the property was dedicated as a sulky oval over 100 years ago. You can check out some of the photos of the horses and the property at The Appel Inn website

While cleaning and digging during construction over the years, we found two horse shoes
