Sunday is Cafe Day at Sabbaba and TODAY was incredible!

Today at Sabbaba we had the pleasure of hosting the middle school students from Chabad of North Orlando and it was spectacular! These kids were so intrigued and interested in learning about Hanukkah and its many miracles. They completed challenging handouts, enjoyed authentic Jerusalem falafel, watched a video illustrating this beautiful Festival of Lights, shopped for tasty treats and received gifts from Sabbaba to take home and enjoy. It was a great morning and we thank Rabbi Yanky Majesky for his initiative in organizing this trip to our Mediterranean Market in Altamonte Springs. Today was a very special day at Sabbaba!
The entire first grade class from Gotlib Jewish Academy in Maitland, had their field trip day at Sabbaba Market & Deli. 😀😀😀
They learned about kosher food and how it’s made and they even learned why all of our Gummies, Skittles and candies are Kosher. They participated in a scavenger hunt searching for items in the market and then they made their very own chocolate chip cookies from scratch!!! Yup, they came all prepared with chef hats and aprons and the biggest smiles on their faces. These boys and girls were a delight to host and welcome to our beautiful Mediterranean Market & Deli located in Altamonte Springs
