By now, you may have heard that all Party City locations are going out of business. We do often get mistaken as a Party City location.
However, we are NOT a franchise or affiliated with this company and therefore WE ARE NOT CLOSING!

We are a locally owned and operated small business that has proudly served the Altoona and surrounding areas for over 16 years! We have no plans of closing down and are excited to continue serving you for all your party needs into the new year and years beyond! 🎈🪅
