The Farmhouse: Studio & Event Space

I am searching for a few people willing to assist with our event on Nov 30th in Old Town for the Holiday Stroll.

I have 2 helpers as Elves thus far, but would possibly need 1 or 2 more. (Costumes are provided).

1-2 more ladies/helpers for set up that morning 9:30am (setting up the trees and decor in the space. Will need 1-2 guys to help move tables and chairs just for this event (into a shed in back of space).

I will be doing a toy drive at our event in exchange for photos (there will be a large backdrop in the back part of the venue)
One Fireplace backdrop, and one storefront backdrop.

Moms- Kids Events in Altoona this Summer - Limited spots available for each of these.
The Farmhouse Venue will be hosting several daytime kids events for those littles (as a mom of 3 littles I know how tough it can be to find stuff other than parks/adventureland/zoo/science center).
Here are the events we will be planning this summer- but we would love to hear what you'd like to see for your littles.
-Kids Day Dance Party (Glow sticks, Light up Glasses, Snacks- tables and chairs for moms to hang out, kids burn off energy. Win Win).
-Arts & Crafts
-Book readings
-P3 to Kindergarten Play & Learn with a Teacher (learning games)
-Animal meet & greets (Puppies, Kittens, & baby goats).
-Dad's Hair School - learn from Stylists with your littles on how to do hair
-Milk & Cookies (lactation consultant class for moms, lactation cookies available, movie & cookies for kiddos while moms chat with other nursing or soon to be nursing moms).
-Bingo (ages p3-2nd and 8yrs-12yrs)
These are our ideas thus far. We are looking at about every 2 weeks hosting one of these. Space will be limited to ensure we aren't creating a chaotic environment (moms we want you to be refreshed after leaving).

We've found our chairs!

Black Chiavari chairs to accent the black fixtures in our space. When not in use on the weekend for photoshoots, its available for smaller events.

Our studio (opening in May) will feature 1200 Sq ft of open space for small events on weekends (when we aren't using the studio for shoots, as we do weddings most weekends).

Lots of light and a space in the heart of Olde Town. We can't wait to show you the final result as it's currently under construction.
