Even though I don't post about it as much I still smoke my share of meats throughout the year. I have had a difficult time getting Baby Back ribs the way I want them. Which is why I stay away from them (I prefer Spareribs), but it's just to nice a day to not get some practice in. Rolling "Real" smoke this afternoon, Happy Saturday Everyone...
