Nestled in the Valley, this venue features built in backdrops & plenty of amenities at affordable prices! We offer 2 rooms together to fit your party needs. Accommodating up to 160 Guests if you utilize both rooms. With every rental in either room venue staff will handle most of the cleaning. The client is responsible for taking out their trash & removing all decorations & personal items from the
venue. There is heating and air, private restrooms & ample parking. For your convenience we provide 80 chairs & we also provide tables and table covers. There is a fridge, microwave & tables for food and desserts in each room. Full balance is due 1 week before your event for basic venue rentals, decor packages are due 2 weeks before the event. We will do basic cleaning after your event, you do not need to break down tables & chairs. We do not ask for a damage deposit. A signed contract & card number on file (in case of damages or excessive cleaning) is required to book. We reserve the right to refuse a refund, this includes but is not limited to cancelations. Rental times include decorating & breakdown time, to come in early or leave late you will need to purchase additional hours for $50/hour.
