Happy Monday Friends! Garden tip of the day! Last call for wildflowers and natives! This is our final good weather week to get wildflower seeds and native perennials in the ground before winter really settles in!

If you’ve been thinking about starting a pollinator patch, expanding your native bed, or sprinkling a little beauty around your yard… this is your sign!!!
These Cool nights plus mild days equal the perfect conditions for fall seeding. The rain coming soon will help settle everything in naturally.

If you’ve been meaning to do it (same, 🫣), this is the time!
Just rake the soil a bit, sprinkle the seeds, and walk away like you accomplished something huge… because honestly, you did. 😂 And you will be rewarded with early Blumes come spring! 😍

Friends!!! Woke up this morning to an almost empty hut! 😳 it was fully stocked yesterday! I’m so glad people are using it! If anyone has anything they want to donate, this would be the perfect time! Feel free to add anything you’d like! There is plenty of room now. I’ll also be going to get more stuff today to add! Thank you so much to everyone who is helping to make this happen! I love our little community so very much!! 🫶🏼

Friends!! Woke up this morning to multiple monetary donations today! THANK YOU!

Super duper big shout out to Love, Cakes & Bakes for her extremely generous donation! This is what it’s all about! Giving back! Supporting the people and the community we live in. Headed out to shop for items this afternoon and my heart is already so full! If you have any items you’d like to donate, reach out and we can set up a time for me to pick up or for you to drop off! And if you know someone struggling this season, send them our way! No shame. We are all in this together! Whether it be food, clothing blankets or prayers, WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! Hello friends and Happy November! The time has finally come for the flowers to be no more. With tonight’s temps, I’m thinking they will all be gone tomorrow. 😩 The end of the growing season is always so bitter sweet. It breaks my heart when they finally all die off. But what breaks my heart even more is the idea that people in our community are going without daily essentials. With that being said, for the month of November (and potentially December) we are turning the Blume Hut into something a little different (but with a whole lot of love ❤️).

We will be setting up a small community pantry stocked with non perishable foods, hygiene products, hats, gloves and blankets for ANYONE who might need a little extra warmth or support this winter.

Take what you need.
Leave what you can.

No questions asked — just kindness, community, and care.

If you’d like to donate, we are accepting:

•Canned or boxed non perishables.
•Hats, gloves, scarves and blankets. (New or even gently used)
•Hygiene items (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, feminine products, deodorant etc)

The Funky Fresh Community Pantry will be in the purple hut at the end of our driveway. It will look closed but will be filled with so much love. Unlock and open to see what is available. And please be sure to shut it back when you leave. Feel free to stop by and take whatever it is you need anytime of the day.

The village we once relied on is getting smaller by the day. I want nothing more than to bring that village back. We don’t need anyone’s permission to show kindness, love and compassion to our fellow neighbors. We can be the change we wish to see in the world. And that’s exactly what we are going to do! Join us! 🫶🏼
