Send me allllll the seniors and families with little kids please. I think I’ve officially gone crazy. If you had asked me two years ago what was the hardest thing for me to photograph, I would have quickly answered exactly those two things. But now, they are my FAVORITE! I have no idea what’s changed, but I’m loving it!

Taking my own family pictures was definitely not easy, but boy was it worth it to finally have a family picture of all of us! This trip has been amazing and I’m not ready to go home!

The foot pop, the twirls, the first dance… there’s too many favorites during a wedding day. But I think my absolute favorite moment and picture from the day is the one of Amy’s son, standing next to her now-husband watching is mom walk down the aisle. It just fills my heart seeing Josh and Dean standing side-by-side seeing the most important woman in their lives walking toward them ❤️❤️

I had the best session with the coolest senior this last weekend! Laura does it all - rides horses, does track, shot put, basketball and even signed up to play on the football team this year! , I hope to be as cool as you one day!!

I had the best extended family session this morning! Jimmy starts his LDS mission on Monday (he’ll be serving in Africa!!) so this is the last time the entire family will be together for at least the next two years. So honored to be able to capture the moment for them!

Tis the season for extended family sessions!! I’ve done a crazy amount of extended family sessions this summer and I’ve loved it!! I always try to get all the combinations possible at these sessions - full group, grandkids, couples, individual families, individual kids, etc!! I work fast so we can get all the groups done before the million little kids go crazy, while still getting you precious pictures for the years to come! Can’t wait for my next one on Saturday.

Can someone please explain to me how seniors can look this freaking gorgeous nowadays?? When I was a senior, I was lucky if I put on a shirt that wasn’t a tshirt (Well let’s be honest - that hasn’t changed). And I sure as heck was never this confident. Currently thinking I might just switch to seniors full time in hopes that some of their joy and cuteness might rub off on me. They are so dang fun!

We’re headed out to Utah on Thursday for a mini family reunion and I’m stressing out about the road trip. Izzy’s great in the car, but Finn not so much. 😬 Any ideas of how to help a four month old not hate his car seat so much??

Oh how I LOVE temple sessions. It was hard leaving Utah just because I knew I wasn’t going to be able to shoot as many temple bridals anymore, so when this sweet couple reached out about their’s, I jumped at the chance!!
