A huge thank you to Bethany Schumann McGhee and Elk’s Lodge 101 of Amsterdam for their incredible donation of hygiene supplies to support the GASD Family Advocate Closet! This generous contribution will make a meaningful difference for students and families in our community. We also want to give a special shoutout to the AHS Athletic Leadership Club and the GASD Inclusion Squad for their teamwork in helping unload the donation—your efforts are truly appreciated!

Today was Santa's Workshop with Dollar General Distribution Amsterdam New York. Wow! It is not often I am left speechless. We were able to help 15 families shop to their hearts content. This partnership with the Dollar General is something I am so proud to be a part of. Thank you for your selflessness this holiday season! 🎄🎅🏽
Special thank you to my partner Jen Swart for all of the help today. As well as Together for Youth staff Shelby, Liz, and Megan. Last, but certainly not least, thank you to Ila, Landon, Joy, Eric and all of the other Dollar General employees that helped today. You made a huge impact on the families we helped today.
