Saturday was a special day for my business.
-I started back in 2004 doing a fundraiser for Post 701, for new uniforms for the baseball team, which I raised over 7500.00 on our first event!
-Over the years I have done many different fundraising events for many great community organizations and people.
-Saturday we broke the $350,000.00 mark for monies raised with the fundraiser for Amsterdam Yourh Baseball!!
-And what a great day it was for youth baseball in our area! It was amazing seeing all the families and kids at opening day like it used to be growing up!!
-Huge shout out to the league which did a great job putting this day together!! Thank all of you!! Keep up the hard work!!

“Dan was fantastic from Beginning to end. From when we booked him until the end of our big day he was so generous and his food so delicious we knew we made a great choice! I booked Dans BBQ because he did my sisters wedding a few years ago. When we booked he was so sweet to come over to make us a delicious breakfast while we talked over wedding stuff. We sampled much of his cuisine along the way and created our own menu from items that made us drool! Dan was so accommodating with many of his services and went out of the way to make my vegan and vegetarian guests special meals, my sweet and picky little nieces personal pan pizzas 🥹🤍 the bride and groom a big charcuterie board full of anything we could have ever wanted and when our original Bartenders caught Covid, Dan and my coordinator worked together to find a replacement last minute. he truly helped make our wedding a day to remember and helped to ensure it went off without a hitch! can’t say enough about these guys!!!”

Over the last 13++ years we have gone from barrels on the ground, fundraisers to help the community in so many ways, (150++ organizations helped out, raising hundreds of thousands of dollars)

As many of you know, a few months ago I was contacted by The York State Eucharistic Congress/Archdiocese of New York to provide food for their weekend long event at Our Lady of Martyrs Shrine in Auriesville for nearly 11,000 people.
-This is a huge step for my catering business on getting were I want to be and could not pass this opportunity.
