“It’s the photographer, not the camera, that is the instrument.” - Eve Arnold.

If I had a dime for every time a person said “you take really nice pictures, your camera must be really expensive.” 🤦🏽‍♂️

While a part of that statement might be true, the camera only becomes as good as the person yielding it.

Of course this also reminds me of John Lennon’s quote - “Everything is the opposite of what it seems”. If someone makes it looks easy, it’s because the hours they put in to make it so.

Kenny and I share the passion and love for photography but also a love for the Lord. Photography brought us together but God strengthens us. I can’t tell you how much this guy has uplifted me and MANY others. His heart is bigger than his brain, and that’s ok 😉.

After this shoot was over, he prayed for his family. For. Each. Member. It was such an incredible and moving moment.
